Asteria Corporation

Founded in 1998, Asteria was originally established as a software company that specialized in XML software development. It later then expanded its operations to be an innovative software vendor, focusing on developing and selling software solutions that help businesses around the world integrate various systems and devices.

Asteria went public in 2007 and has two flagship products released in the Japanese software market- ASTERIA Warp and Handbook. Embracing challenges whilst maintaining a global perspective, Asteria continues to explore innovative ideas and new possibilities without being risk adverse.

As of 1st of October 2018, Infoteria Corporation changed its name to Asteria Corporation.

1998年に国内初のXML専業ソフトウェア会社として設立されたアステリア株式会社は、企業内の多種多様なコンピューターやデバイスの間を接続するソフトウェアやサービスを開発・販売しています。主力製品の「ASTERIA Warp」は、異なるコンピューターシステムのデータをプログラミングなしで連携できるソフトウェアで、大企業、中堅企業を中心に6,900社（2018年6月末現在）の企業に導入されています。また、「Handbook」は、営業資料や商品カタログ、会議資料などあらゆる電子ファイルをスマートフォンやタブレットで持ち運べるサービスのスタンダードとして、1,427件(2018年6月末現在）の企業や公共機関で採用されています。

10月1日より「インフォテリア株式会社」から「アステリア株式会社」に商号を変更することを発表しました。
