The Goliath Application Availability Monitor (GAAM)  proactively alerts IT, professionals of issues related to VDI failure or slowness, before the end user ever notices an issue. We follow the same steps a user does to exercise and test the entire virtualized delivery infrastructure.  What’s more: we also provide evidence of exactly where and why the issues occurred, unlike other application performance monitoring software.

1. Confirm that applications and the entire IT delivery infrastructure are available and working.
2. Send alerts if they fail or are slow for troubleshooting.
3. Provide screen captures & reports as objective evidence of success, slowness or failure so permanent fix actions can be put in place to prevent issues in the future.

The way we do this is unique because the software takes the same exact sequence of steps a user does when they logon and thereby exercises the entire IT delivery infrastructure to make sure it works together in concert when called upon to deliver an application.
