We automatically discover the Citrix delivery infrastructure, monitor based on best practices, and alert you if there is an issue before end users are impacted.
  • Automatically log on to confirm Citrix and the delivery infrastructure is up and available for users. If there is an issue, we alert you in real-time and show you where the issue is using our integrated console for troubleshooting.
  • Automatic Citrix Discovery & Dependency Map that dynamically discovers your entire infrastructure, draws dependencies, and automatically updates when any IT element changes or is updated. All elements represented are being proactively monitored as are their dependencies with other elements. Color changes indicate underlying performance issues with that IT element and/or related ones. 
  • Offers the ability within two clicks to see all of the IT elements that can impact a user’s session in a single console.
