RSPS takes all user constraints, inputs, outputs, objectives and actions and builds a model. The model is then optimized by RSPS which is made up of four components; Woodstock Optimization System, Spatial Optimizer, Allocation Optimizer and Model publisher. The Woodstock Optimization System is an open and flexible model building framework that is intuitive and fast.

The Spatial Optimizer creates a spatially explicit schedule of activities to optimize plans. It uses advanced heuristics, adjacency and proximity relationships. The Allocation Optimizer handles the value chain modeling and optimizes the delivery of products to destinations. The Model Publisher consolidates and compresses all information from the model into a single secure proprietary file for user by the Remsoft Analytics Platform applications.
