The flexibly mountable Zealbox servers of the Z50 series are suitable for Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (Hyper V) or Datacore Hyper-converged Virtual SAN platforms. They are individually configurable for virtualization, databases and hosting, as well as mail servers or high availability storage.

The hardware platform is based on single or dual Xeon CPUs with a total of up to two terabytes of RAM.

The Z50 servers are available in a variety of chassis versions from 2-4U and offer space for 8 to 36 SFF and/or LFF drives. Optionally, individual models can also be equipped with two additional drives or four fast NVMe drives. There are also connectors for two SATA-DOMs and one M. 2 PCIe slot on the mainboard.

A 10 Gbps network card – dual portet - provides a high data throughput into the network. Other interface cards can also be inserted into the six available PCIe slots.
