2nd Nature enables large organizations and managed service providers to unify their related voice systems by providing a single, centralized administration interface for PBX, voice messaging, and other critical business systems.

2nd Nature offers flexibility and accountability for managing voice system operations. By replacing the use of native interfaces for your PBX and voice mail systems, 2nd Nature is able to streamline provisioning of telecom resources and strategically manage MACs - or you can use 2nd Nature as an application platform for communication-enabling business processes.
